Boathouse + Cottage on the Water

Located only 1.5 hours from Toronto, this beautiful Lakefront Haven offers the perfect opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and reconnect with those you love most. Travelling as a bigger group? No problem! This rental includes the main cottage and a boathouse loft to accommodate your group. Please note that the lake has weeds and may not meet your preferred swimming conditions. Luckily there is a beautiful swimmable beach just 13 min away located in Balsam provincial park! This Lakefront Haven has been equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Upon entering main cottage you will find a 4 piece bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, a dining space, and cozy living room with large windows that offer a beautiful view of the lake. This space also includes three bedrooms. Two with double beds, and one with a twin over full bunk bed (please bring your own bedding + pillows). The main cottage has a large patio, perfect for groups of all sizes. In addition to the main cottage, guests also have access to the boathouse loft. The loft includes a washroom and bedroom, along with a balcony that overlooks the lake. The main cottage and boathouse loft share a spacious backyard that leads right up to the lake. Here you will find a fire pit and seating area- everything you need for a campfire and good times. We recommend reserving one of the nights for stargazing on the dock **Please bring your own bedding, pillows, bed sheets, firewood, propane for bbq, garbage bags** This rental includes a boathouse loft in addition to the main cottage making it a perfect location for groups large and small. The main cottage include a fully equipped kitchen, 4 piece bathroom, three bedrooms, and a cozy living space. The boathouse includes a washroom, and bedroom. Guests are encouraged to use the spacious backyard, patio and fire pit. Please refrain from entering the garage, storage shed and lower level of the boathouse, as these areas are off limits. Guests will have access to the Lakefront Haven via key box, and will have the space to themselves.
