Great getaway place for peaceful time away from NYC urban setting; approximately 1:50 minutes away from NYC! This charming, beautifully decorated house is the perfect setting to spend time with family or friends. The house is in a private community close to Bushkill Falls, Crossing Outlet, canoeing activities, trails, and Shawnee (skiing in winter and events in the summer). Shawnee Mountain is about a 20 minute drive from the house. The Community’s main gate: 5728 Decker Road, Bushkill, PA 18324 House is in a private community. Very quiet and charming. Large deck with a large grill and a separate porch. Guests will have access to entire house. Community amenities not included. I will not be available in person, but will be accessible via email and cel. Saw Creek Estates is a Private Community. Watch speeding limits inside the Community as as summonses will be issued and you will need to pay them. House has plenty of parking space. You will need to provide a picture of your Drivers License for Host to accept reservation and will need to register at front gate to enter the Community. Host will register all car drivers accessing the private community. All car drivers will need to submit a picture of their Drivers Licenses. No exceptions. No shoes in the house.
