A family friendly 2BR House w/ backyard in a quiet Cul du sac with self check-in, centrally located to shops, parks, and Tuggerah Lake. 10 min drive to Westfield Tuggerah shopping centre, Mingara Recreation Club, Tuggerah and Ourimbah train station and Ourimbah's Newcastle Uni campus. Perfect for either a relaxing or a fun filled holiday on the Coast. Relax in our quiet 2 BR getaway in the centre of the Central Coast. The Master bedroom contains a queen bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. With a fully equipped kitchen and countless restaurants close by your taste buds can have anything of their choosing. Enjoy relaxing in the lounge room with some Netflix and films, picnicking in the nature reserve next door, cycling the Tugerrah Lakes cycle way or any of the other countless activities the Central Coast has to offer. You will have the house to yourself during your stay. However, the property is shared with another residence in the back part of the property. We are only a phone call away to help out where needed. Please note, the lawns are done at random (usually on the weekend) and I am unable to inform you when they may be done. There is something for everyone and all tastes from our little getaway. Take a stroll or bike ride around the scenic Tuggerah Lake Cycleway (and stop for a delicious lunch at one of the many places along the way). Hang out at Mingara Recreation club with the kids, go for a swim at the aquatic centre, shop till you drop at the 2 largest shopping centres on the Coast, enjoy some sun and waves at the local beaches or whatever else you may be into. The list goes on! Tuggerah train station is less than 10 minutes away, which is a main stop to both Sydney and Newcastle. Buses, Taxis and Uber services are also available to help you get around the Central Coast. And if you have your own car, sky's the limit with our house situated only 15min off the Pacific Motorway. The house is professionally cleaned by Clean-it clean cleaning solutions after every stay. Please note, consumables such as toilet paper, garbage bags and soap are supplied to get you started on your stay. These are not intended to cover your whole stay and you may need to supply your own. These can be purchased at the Coles supermarket 5 mins away.
