Quiet retreat in country lane

The Tack Room is part of a stable conversion set along a quiet lane on the outskirts of the village of Tibberton. The lane is surrounded by small farms, fields and stunning countryside as well as the Worcester Canal & its walks. The accommodation and it's surrounding areas are also well situated for visiting walkers and cyclists who dream of a rural escape but also want to explore Worcester and The Malverns. There are lovely local pubs, gastro pubs and tea rooms within walking distance. The Tack Room is bright and airy with beamed vaulted ceilings and has its own entrance and small hallway for keeping boots and coats. The double bed has a memory foam mattress and John Lewis white cotton bed linen offering a comfortable nights sleep. There is an area for making a basic meal with a microwave, toaster, kettle and mini/travel fridge for milk and butter. The fridge is not big enough to store food in. The sofa is next to the patio doors and is a lovely space for relaxing in the evenings or watching the smart TV. For those needing to work whilst away there is a small workspace which can also be used for dining. The Shower room is newly fitted and has all that you will need. On site there is a double locked shed for storing bikes, if required. The outdoor patio is for your sole use and has a small table and chairs, chimnea and BBQ. Parking is on the gated driveway adjacent to the patio. We will be around to greet you on arrival and available if you have any queries but will ensure your stay is as private as possible. The Old Stables and Tack Room is set along a quiet country lane, sitting within the curtilage of our beautiful, small village church. It is within walking distance of 2 village pubs and a walk along the canal will take you to a licensed Tea Room and Farm Shop. A slightly longer walk away ( 2 miles) across fields, is a gastro pub and small village Garden Centre with Tea Room. Public transport is limited with a local bus service that runs twice a day, morning and evening. Car or bike is advisable. A 7 mile walk down the canal is the City of Worcester, which is also a 10 minute drive away. The Tack Room is a No Smoking room.
