Beautiful Lake House

Located right on the bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Ontario, this fully furnished house has everything you need for a memorable experience. Enjoy panoramic views of the lake on our spacious deck, cook out on the fire pit and charcoal grill, or sit under the stars. Featuring knotty pine bedrooms, this relaxing get-away is perfect for people looking to escape the daily grind, with beach access seconds away. Also great for sports enthusiasts with fantastic fishing and boating opportunities! The wrap-around deck is truly unique, offering amazing views of the lake. Catch the sunset directly from the deck or grassy yard. There is a fire pit as well where you can sit and relax. The kitchen comes fully stocked, so leave all your pots and pans at home. For the bedrooms, there is one master with a queen and a second bedroom with a queen and a twin, both upstairs. Downstairs there is a single room with twin, as well as a pull-out sofa bed and plenty of space for an air mattress. You'll have full access to the house and property, which includes as far as you can walk on the beach. There is a large parking space that can fit two cars. The small private community makes this space a truly amazing getaway, with private access to Lake Ontario that make it feel like your own personal lake! The house is a short 10 min drive to the heart of Oswego, with a wonderful grocer Ontario Orchards less than 5 mins away. Fair Haven is 10mins away with a great State Park. The parking space can comfortably fit 2 vehicles with additional parking available along the road. The house runs on a well, and depending on the season there might be a faint sulfur smell in the water which is harmless but noticeable. We suggest picking up some bottled water for your stay. Quiet after 10pm as there are year-round residents in the area.
