This charming, one bedroom, loft is situated perfectly in the heart of Perth. Overlooking the River Tay and amazing parkland views, it is a couple of minutes walk to Perth's centre. Attractions including the Concert Hall, Cinema, Black Watch Museum and High Street shops and restaurants which are all within a couple of minutes stroll. Loft: this charming, loft space comprises of one double bedroom with superb views, a shower room and open plan kitchen & living area with a bed-settee which can be converted to extra space to sleep an additional 1 or 2 people. The bed settee is more suitable for 1 person, however, you are welcome to have up to 4 people in the flat. This delightful, newly converted space is bright and airy. The flat, on the 3rd floor, is accessed by a shared stairwell which was refurbished in Summer 2017. Blackfriars Loft is situated in a delightful neighbourhood. Blackfriars Loft is located a stone's throw from Scotland's longest river, the Tay, it's central location makes it an ideal spot from which to explore many parts of Scotland. Recognised as one of Scotland's premier culinary centres, cafes and restaurants are plentiful with a wide range of cuisine on offer. Local attractions include Scone Palace, where Macbeth, Robert the Bruce and Charles ll were crowned and The Black Watch Museum. IMAX Cinema, The Edwardian Theatre and Perth Concert Hall all host a range of musicians, artists and comedians and films. Perth Racecourse has regular meetings and The city itself has a variety of festivals and shows including Perth Beer Festival, Perth Show, The Game Fair, The Rewind Music Festival, Perth Festival of Arts and Perform on Perth to name but a few. Perth boasts many woodland trails and walks, trout and salmon fishing is plentiful and Perthshire is a golfers paradise. Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling can all be reached in around 1 hour by car or direct train link. Perth has excellent links to everywhere in Scotland by road, rail & bus. Skiing at Glenshee can be reached in less than an hour. There's metered parking outside the property, unrestricted free parking 5-10 minutes walk & a multi-storey car park around the corner (24 hrs-£10, 10 hrs-£8) Edinburgh Festival can be reached by bus (1 hr 15 mins), train (around 1 hour 30 mins) and car around an hour. The Loft is not suitable for those with mobility issues as it is an attic flat.
