If you like sea, beach, nature and culture you can stay in this house 3 minutes from the beach in Nyhamnsläge. Glazed terrace with dining area, and a large open teress, with two sunbeds and a barbecue, small cozy fenced garden to the west. The house is 130 sqm, with wooden floors, kitchen and two bathrooms. 5 beds divided in 3 separate rooms. (2 king 180 cm, 1 queen 120 cm and 1 single beds 90 cm). Open living room and kitchen with dining table and two sofas. There is television downstairs. We have audio facility so you can play your favorite music. The 60 sqm terrace is visually protected in the southwest and is both under the roof "glazed veranda" with slidning doors with dining table, and the open sky with 2 loungers. Hiking and cycling trail to Mölle and Kullaberg outside the door. You have 5 minutes walking distance to the grocery store. You have access to the whole house except a wardrobes upstairs, and the garage. All wardrobes in all rooms are empty for you to fill during your stay. Checka in dig själv via ett kodlås. On the beach you can stretch the view over the sea and towards the mountain of Kullaberg. You can take a few steps from the house and take a swim, enjoy the countryside's food, drink, nature and culture. From the house you can take the hiking trail and visit all fishing villages on the coast -Nyhamnsläge old harbour, Lerhamn, Mölle and Kullaberg, Arild in the North, and Strandbaden, Höganäs and Viken in the south towards Helsingborg. Stop by and have a drink and eat at one of the countryside's culinary caféhouse and restaurangs. You can bring your food and have your dinner at sunset at the ocean below the house! Simply lovely! If you want there are two Golf clubs about 1 mile from Nyhamnsläge and it is St: Arild golf club and Mölle golf club. Kullabygden är fantastisk om du gillar att sträcka ut blicken över havet, ta några steg från huset och ta ett dopp, njuta av bygdens mat, dryck, natur och kultur. Från huset kan du ta vandringsstigen och besöka alla fiskelägen ens med kusten - Lerhamn, Mölle och Kullaberg, Arild i Norr, och Strandbaden, Höganäs och Viken i söder mot Helsingborg. Stanna till och fika och ät på någon av bygdens kulinariska Kaffer och Restauranger. Ta med dig din mat och duka upp din middag i solnedgången vid havet nedanför huset! Helt enkelt ljuvligt! Vill du finns det två Golfklubbar ca 1 mil från Nyhamnsläge och det är St:Arild golfklubb och Mölle golfklubb. You have a bus a few hundred meters from the house. The bus will take you to Mölle, Kullaberg, Brunnby and Arild or to Höganäs, Helsingborg and further by boat or train to Copenhagen, or train/ bus to the whole of Skåne and Sweden. Information is available from Skånetrafiken. Utanför huset så har du gamla "tågbanvallen" som idag är en naturskön cykelled och ingår i Sverigeleden och tar dig runt hela Kullabygden.
