A wonderful South facing home

This family home has 1 king size bed in the main room over looking the beautiful South facing garden . It has a wardrobe a chest of drawers a desk and a chair. With an additional chair to sit in. Their are lamps for soft light and a main light to work by . This is a very quiet room . The beds can be split into single beds as well , I have had them custom made I have another bedroom which is listed speratly. This has a king size bed , space for hanging clothes . Shelf space We love to have pets to stay , however this must be arranged with me before hand , so please do not just turn up with out letting me know . This a a very warm friendly home ..we want you to feel at home here as well . there are different areas to hang out ...we are comfortable with people around and also respect privacy if that is wanted . Please feel free to use the kitchen , it is fully stocked with all of the equipment needed . We hope you will respect that other people will be also wanting to cook . The kitchen island is where everyone must eat the meals as I do not allow food in any other area of the house We are not a bed a breakfast but please help yourself to the teas , coffee cereal bread , fruit we have to eat . there is a separate guest living room which has cable tv , sofas and blankets to snuggle up under We have a beautiful Borador she is 7 and called Kasey . Kasey stays at my side of the house , she is not allowed in the guest living room I have another room with a kingsize bed on a separate listing . I am happy to have anyone stay for an extended period as we are so convenient to the airport and Manchester Bedding and towels included There is plenty of space to park outside the house and if you request there is space on the driveway as well . This is if I am not using it The bathroom is shared but only with my son as I m downstairs with my own amenities , Feel free to use any of the rooms from the kitchen to the living areas . You will be given keys for the 2 front doors if you are staying longer than 1 night Lost keys will cost £10 each ....the cost it is for me . Access is easy without any steps in the way then from the entrance hall into the living room . Their is a back door which is accessed through the conservatory ,but this is really for use in nice weather. The conservatory is used by myself and my son as our living room , so in the evening we do like our privacy You can have as much or as little interaction with myself and son as you (Website hidden by Airbnb) son is at College now and I do go out to work a couple of days a week if you would like to have a meal on your own or with us either is fine . We have a bbq for use in the summer . I can help you find restaurants , bars , pubs generally any place you would like to visit . We are in a great location for the amazing bars /restaurants of Hale Village ..Ttimperley Village a 10 minute walk and Altrincham with its award winning artisan markets and restaurants Tatton park is close by along with Dunham Park . Most of all we would like you to enjoy your stay where ever you come from . I am very well travelled so welcome people from all over the world . Close to Manchester Airport , Wythenshawe hospital. Manchester Stockport and the Trafford Centre . Knutsford , Wilmslow and the countryside The house is located on a road ( Not a main road ) but set back ..you can not hear any traffic so lovely and peaceful.. You would think the plane's would be a problem but we are on a no fly zone Full central Heating constant hot water double glazing and very secure home with parking We have fantastic neighbours of whom we are very close a few doors down there is a main bus route which runs every 10 minutes into Altrincham , Cheadle . Stockport . Wythenshaw hospital . There a 2 Metro stations near by which run every 6 (Website hidden by Airbnb) very easy to get into Manchester . The airport is 7 minutes away (with the bonus of not hearing the planes ) by car It is a 10 minute walk into Timperley which has supermarket , coffee shops a pharmacy , headwear shops , pubs and restaurants Please note the proximity to Manchester airport and I will do my best to pick you up and drop you off , you would have to pay the new airport charges If you have any special request please ask and I will do my best to accommodate. We are not geared up for wheelchair however if need be my room can be used on the ground floor in special circumstances .
