Bright, modern & nice house (3bdr.)

Our nice, bright and open house (of 4 floors) with balcony is in the north of Utrecht. A very good location. You are quick in the city center (3 busroutes go nearby), but you're also quick in the green surroundings. By car its 20 min. to Amsterdam! Due to the fact that this house practically consists of a lot of glass, it's always bright and the light is even there on the grey days. The rooms are big and modern decorated and there is a beautiful open kitchen with all sorts of cooking equipment. The master bedroom has a beamer, which makes the room also a home cinema. There is a luxurious bathroom with a shower as well as a bath. And two separate toilets. The house is at a corner so there is almost no noise coming from the neighbors. For the musicians there is a music studio with pianos on the ground floor. Because the house is divided into 4 floors, it's really convent for groups (up to 6 people) who also want some privacy and space. The whole house. We will not be there when you are staying in our house. But of course we see each other for giving the keys and we will be available by phone for emergencies or whatsoever. This neighborhood is a melting pot of cultures and living styles. From young to old lives here and it's a green environment with a lot of trees. Nearby there are nice smaal restaurant (Dutch, Greek, Italian) and a few pubs. You can park your car for free everywhere. There is also a supermarket 500 meters away and a small supermarket is 50 m from the house. A few parken are in the neighborhood but also the Maarsseveense Plassen (lakes). In 15 minutes you are in the center of Utrecht by bus or bike (according to dutch speeding haha). From here you are quick in the green part of northern Utrecht, along the river Vecht (Breukelen, Loenen aan de vecht, Nieuwersluis). If you have a car you are quick via the A2 in Amsterdam (20 min.) or via the A12 in Rotterdam (40 min.). You can park your car for free here. In 50 m there is a busstop (lijn 3). In 100 m there is another busstop (lijn 34 en 36). In 150 m there is another busstop (lijn 120). This house has a homecinema and a music studio and a lot of glass ;)
