Newly built furnished studio of 28m2 with a beautiful view looking down the valley of Luxemburg Suburb. Complementaly "Welcome Breakfast" is included! Additional services are also available to comfort your stay. Since it is a newly built place, please note that we are still working on some exterior works (garden, exterior walls, etc) which should not disturb your stay. You have an entire studio for your use with fully equipped kitchen, shower, WC, TV with 7,000 programmes, Wi-Fi, Patio (as of Spring 2019). You share the exterior entrance as well as Laundry room and iron with a neighbor studio guest(s).Your studio and a patio in front of your studio is entirely of yours during your stay. Late check-in after 22.00: €20 Airport pick-up/drop-off service: €20 Other services with fees; Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner service, grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, ironing, services available upon request with supplement cost. (Please let us know if you need more details). If you are staying more than a week, we ask a weekly cleaning fee of €40, which include the cleaning of the studio and changing of linens. The house is situated on a hill, next to great forest where you can take a walk, jog, bicycle... You can walk with our dog, Labrador-Dalmatian mix, if you like!Niederanven swimming pool & sauna & spa is close by. 7 min by car. Shareing space2 studios share the exterior entrance door, a washing machine and an iron.
