Families with children are welcome and pets are welcome! (Non Refundable Pet Fee of $50 per pet will be added to reservation after booking is reserved.) This apartment is right in the middle of the city but with acreage of the country. Come and relax, have a bonfire. I live downstairs. I don't have to see you or you don't have to see me. Property has it's own entrance. Great old neighborhood with charming homes to see. Bring your dogs or cats and go for a walk. Uber and Public Transport easy to access from property. 4 min to Longview Lake. 10 min to the Plaza and 15 min to Power and Light District. Close access to Highways! Family with 2 small children live downstairs. Sometimes kids can be loud. I also have a small Toy Poodle that thinks she's so tough and loves to Bark! Flight of stairs to access apartment! Washer and dryer in unit for your convenience.
