Holiday Home. Minimum stay: 4 nights. Bright, quiet flat on the 2nd floor of a 1950s building. 2 bedrooms: one double, the other with two single beds; eat-in kitchen, fully equipped, with a lovely hand carved stone fireplace (firewood in the cellar); bathroom (shower), washing machine; living room with a balcony on the access road. Equipped down to the smallest detail. It offers total privacy. You can park bikes or motorbikes in the cellar on the ground floor. In all the rooms there are one or two windows, which make them bright and well ventilated. For children, the possibility to play or ride a bike safely, in the common area that runs all around the building and which is completely fenced. The car, advisable, can be parked in the spaces down in the street. For those who do not arrive by car, it is possible to be picked up at the airport on request. 3km downstream there is the railway station and you can reach some beaches and cities of art (such as Jesi, Fabriano, Ancona) by train, and then visit the historic centers, museums, etc. on foot. Only a few yards outside the medieval centre of a beautiful village at the top of a hill (325m) within the Natural Regional Park Gola della Rossa e di Frasassi. Just 2 minutes from the cool woods of the park. Car park just outside the building. We are in the very core of the Marche and its wonderful artistic and natural heritage. Paths and woods of the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi Natural Park are a 2-minute walk from the house: you can take the marked trails and you can arrive (even on foot, from 2 to 4 hours walk) to the top of the mountain for a picnic, and photograph wonderful landscapes and the view of the sea ..
