1 BD in a Beautiful cottage with a warm feeling.

My home has beautiful furniture, plants and cozy and comforting patio. I maintain it very clean and accommodating for my guest to feel great and enjoy a good stay. My neighborhood is very quite and the location is in the heart of San Dimas lots of shopping that you have easy access. I'd like to give my guest their space, but if they need anything i'm always available. I’m also open to long term stays after the 30 days!! Also, San Dimas is very close to the FAMOUS water park Raging Waters which is a wonderful perk to be close too. We also have an amazing steak restaurant which is "Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse. Parking is provided in my driveway but if you want to park in the street is two dollars daily through the city. My guest will have access to the kitchen, the living room, the yard, the patio and wash room. Will be at the house most of the time or a phone call away. The house is located walking distance from downtown San Dimas. We have the 10 freeway, 210 freeway, 57 freeway, we have old town Pasadena 30 min away and also downtown LA 30 minutes. We have public transportation in the area and access to Uber and Lyft.
