Quiet, Cozy & Great location for exploring VT !

The apartment is centrally located, cozy, quiet and private. It has been set up to be a comfortable retreat. It's private entrance leads upstairs to an open living room/ kitchen space. The back door opens to a deck overlooking a ball field and green hills. The sleeping nook contains a queen size , metal framed bed. The mattress is comfortable and the sheets are soft. VT charges 10% tax The apartment is located on the second floor of our detached garage. We live in the main house on the premises. Off street parking for 1 car You will have the entire apartment to yourself. We are available if you need us, for something but will not impose ourselves on you. Residential neighboorhood Close to downtown Brattleboro, I91 Exit 1, the hospital and more. From this location you have easy access to Rte 30 as well as Rte 9. These are the picturesque routes that lead to the Green Mountains of Vermont and all the opportunities for the fun and adventure they offer. Walk, Public Transportation, Car, Bike , Motorcycle The bedroom area provides a black marble desk, dresser, lamp, chair and queen sized bed. The mattress is comfortable and the sheets are soft. There is a Vermont Castings gas stove to keep you warm when it is cold and air conditioning for those hot summer days.
