Number 37 (hot tub)

This property is perfectly located in the village of Glan Conwy, North Wales, which has breathtaking views of Conwy estuary. Number 37 is close to the castle town of Conwy, the seaside resort of Llandudno and beautiful Betws-Y-Coed. Whether you want a relaxing break or an action packed adventure, this property is perfect. With Surf Snowdonia, Zip World, Conwy Castle, and Snowdonia National Park on your doorstep you will never be bored! Number 37 is a small, quirky house in the peaceful village of Glan Conwy. We have all that you need to make your stay comfortable. Just a few minutes walk from the accommodation is a small cafe, local pub and great garden centre which does lovely food. There are a great selection of good restaurants and bars in nearby towns. The transport links from Glan Conwy are great, with the train station and bus stop being just at the bottom of the road. We have 2 other Airbnb properties(Number 41 & Number 35). Both are very similar and just across the path from Number 37. So if you fancy a break with friends or family but still want your own space, Number 41 & Number 35 may also be perfect for you. During your stay you will have the house to yourself. We have always liked to be there to greet guests when they arrive. However, due to Covid 19 we now leave the key in the key safe for guests to check themselves in. We want your time at Number 37 to be enjoyable and will always be available to offer advice on great places to eat and visit etc. So please feel free to contact me with any questions. Number 37 is tucked away down a small path. There are other houses close by, however the property offers a peaceful break. The patio doors from the living area looks out onto the garden. The neighbourhood is quiet, friendly and safe. Please be respectful to the neighbours and only use the hot tub between the hours of 10am-10pm. The property offers off road parking. There are great transport links with the train station and bus stop being just a short walk away. The property has an enclosed rear garden. One of the fences is low though and larger dogs will probably be able to jump over it. I would suggest dogs are supervised when in the garden. Bath towels are provided but you will need to bring your own towels for the hot tub. I would like to assure guests that the house is cleaned thoroughly between bookings to ensure guest safety.
