This traditional Italian country house is authentic and immersed in nature. Silence, stunning scenery, and unforgettable sunsets. At the edge of a beautiful forest, sat from your deck chairs, you are able to see a small lake on the foothill. Stately villas from the 17th and 18th century appear in front of you on your walks through the country. The location is carefully positioned: Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, San Gimignano, Volterra, and Livorno are all less than an hour drive away from the house. Our linen and towels are all 100% cotton and steam cleaned. The power used for electricity and heating comes from the solar panels installed on the roof of the house. The apartment is situated on the ground floor and remains cool throughout summer. In addition to having your own private apartment, you will have access to an outside relaxation zone, which includes a barbecue, deck chairs, and a beach umbrella. There are two separate apartments available in the country house, each with their own parking space and separate outdoor zones. Though it is a non-smoking apartment, you are able to smoke outside. Yes Tuscany... You'll have a private, free of charge, parking area. The closest airport is Pisa, which is a 25 minute drive or a 40 minute bus journey. The bus stop for Pisa, Fauglia, and Lari is 1.5km away from the house. The village of Usigliano is but a short 20 minute walk from the apartment, and an hour walk away lies Lari - a beautiful medieval hamlet with a stunning castle. A 40 minute drive will also get you to the seaside.
