This is the master double bedroom with private en-suite within executive home, it has a lovely view it heads the top of a spacious close in the lovely village There is a small dog pepper who lives here, she will love you if you Tickle her tummy Guest have access to fully equipped kitchen to cook your own meals, Shared master lounge Shared hobby room Shared conservatory/ dining area All gardens Car park space I like to meet people as you see from my reviews I like to bake my guests feel very welcome. But if you just want your own space it doesn’t offend me if you just tel me you want your own space There is a local pub with reasonably priced menu with nice location next to the canal running through the village, A well stocked village shop with post office & a bargain booze in the village also. Rode hall estate is a 10 minute walk where throughout the year host different events, such as the snow drop walk, the just down festival and a monthly farmers market. There’s plenty of beautiful country walks straight from the door step. Little moreton hall that’s part of the national trust is 10 minutes by car. M6 motorway 5 mins access away easy access to Manchester, Liverpool, Stoke-on-Trent
