Hound Tor Annexe holiday home near the seaside

our annex is attached to our family home, you will have your own private entrance and have full use of a private garden which is a real sun trap. There is one parking space for guests use, Our property has CCTV for extra security. We do have our own dog’s which you may hear on occasions please bear this in mind when booking. We are in an excellent location to visit beaches, and the local zoo, local eatery’s, Brixham town,and much more, there are also bus routes nearby. The annexe is a self contained area, with all the amenities needed for your stay, Bedroom: there is a double bed, full over head unit for storage, a hairdryer with mirror, and 24in Smart TV with a shelf underneath with USB socket. The lounge: has a double sofa bed and a tub chair (there is another tub chair on request) a 53inch Smart TV with a fire stick and Netflix. There is central heating but a oil heater is also provided if needed. The chest holds the bedding for the sofa bed. Bathroom: there is an electric shower over the bath with shower screen, a small wash basin with under storage, a mirror, towel storage with towels. The kitchen: has a washing machine and tumble dryer for your sole use and when the weather is good a washing line in the garden. The table sets for 4, but is collapsed for 2 on arrival. There is a nutra bullet, tassimo coffee machine, cafeteria, microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, electric oven. We do our very best to accommodate any dietary requirements in our complimentary items, so please let us know on booking. The Garden: this is for your sole use, fully pebbles no grass, with grey slab patio areas, a picnic table/bench with umbrella and there are 4 relaxer chairs. A bbq can be provided on request The annexe is attached to our family home so we do live on site - however the annexe is self contained and private. It is easy to contact us if need be. I am happy to answer any questions whilst your staying with us and will do my best to accommodate any requests. Please note: I work from the front of the building grooming dogs but never start before 9am. And there is very little noise. The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area, we are a detached property and set back from the road, giving privacy, our neighbours are great, We are so close to so many areas of interest so a great starting point for your daily adventures We are on a local bus route if you do not drive, Paignton train station is a 10 minute car drive Many places to take a scenic walk You will have full access to the to a private garden - the garden is completely dog friendly It is partly paved - with some decking and with a stoned area A BBQ can be arranged on request There are 4 wicker chairs in the seating areas and a picnic table with a parasol. Hound Tor close is in a residential area, the annexe hosts many of your holiday requirements, peaceful if you’re looking for a quiet break away but also a close drive to many attractions, and places of interest. There are Fantastic places to eat serving local produce, Brixham is amazing with all their fish restaurants serving their catch of the day just freshly landed
