Home from home by the sea with views a plenty

2 bed house in idyllic coastal village with amazing views of this spectacular tidal & hillside setting. We are ideally looking for Fri-Fri check in/out during the summer months but please enquire for shorter stays. Gorgeous seaside location with a river running between Noss from Newton with cliff paths and beaches galore. Local pubs, village shops and plenty of water to adventures on or countryside to ramble. Set in a quiet location with breath taking views. The house has glorious views and the sun all day. A spacious downstairs for your downtime, large kitchen with fully stocked appliances. 2 comfy & large sofa’s and a wood burner. It enjoys 3 different garden areas so plenty of outside space. We are not on site so you will have the whole place to yourself Newton Ferrers is idyllic village on the coast near Plymouth. It sits opposite Noss Mayo with a tidal river in between. You can walk from the house through woods, along rivers, through tiny unused country lanes. We are on the South West Coast path. It’s absolutely stunning. Many local beaches, Stoke, Mothecombe, Wembury, Bovisands, then many many more by Bigbury & Bantham. Dartmoor is 15 mins away. Miles of roaming, you can see it from Court Woods which is a 15 min walk from the house. Plymouth is the city on its doorstep, with all that you need and is approx 20 mins. Exeter is 45 mins drive. For those that want to go adventuring Cornwall is on its doorstep. I try and walk everywhere in the village in the summer months parking in Noss Mayo can be busy so it feels easier. The shops are a 5 minute walk from the house. Noss Mayo a 20min stomp or a 30 min stroll. There is a local bus service but very limited times. Wembury cabs are very good and used a lot for this area. Or you swim or row. You can hire paddle boards from swell hunter, based in the village. Lots of parking at the local beaches. We do welcome pets but ask that you cover the sofas with throws. They are velvety so pick up all dirt. We charge a fee of 25 for pets. No way to add to booking so will send a special offer with this stated.
