Guest with one pet are required to pay an additional $25/pet for cleaning. Security Camera's in public areas. The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and second Br has 2 twin x/l beds. The third sleeping quarters is in the living room, nearest the French doors to the balcony, which has a pull out Futon Full Bed. The fourth room is a Dining/TV room. The Apt has Central AC/Heat and propane fireplace. Includes private 2000 sqft game room/Man Cave with pull out sofa, half bath, fridge and games. To access the building there is a door on the left with a lockbox which you will get the code. Go through the hall inside the building and the door is on the right. As you walk in the laundry room is to the left and there room for bikes and gear. Also 2 sleds has 2 sleds. The Apt is upstairs. The rest of the building is off limits and is used by the Owner as storage and in front is owners Real Estate Office. Parking on street and across the street is free at public City lot. Numerous outdoor activities; Hiking, biking, boating, fishing to name a few. New 18 hole Frisbee Disc Golf on the river just a short walk anf it's free. Have some frisbees to use. There is 15.5 mile bike path starts in Portola and goes around Gold Mountain also good biking to Lake Davis with no traffic. There are hiking trails that start here in Portola and go to Beckwourth, Peak. Walking down Grizzly Rd within minutes you are in the wilderness and the Feather River is a 100 yards. Grizzly Ranch Golf Course, Nakoma "The Dragon" Golf Course at Gold Mountain and Lake Davis all within minutes. Sierra Hot Springs, Graeagle, Blairsden, Eureka Peak and mining museums all within 20 minutes. Birding and wildlife viewing along the Feather River, Plumas National forest and is on the edge of the largest high alpine meadows in North America. Parking is in front, on the street, in back or in the public parking area near the train caboose. The balcony is available but for your safety, no leaning over the rails. Please clean after using the bathtub and careful not to overfill. Also, please clean up any drips inside the oven to avoid extra cleaning later. At this time the 2000 sqft Game room is available but please clean up after use. Game room has a half bathroom and pull out sofa bed. Small grocery store, Red and White is next door.
