The Seagulls Nest

A clean light queensize bed/bedroom with 2 windows allowing both sea breezes and plenty of light in. A bright colour theme to feel happy and refreshed. A mirrored wardrobe with ample hanging space, hangers and shelves. My home is 1-3 minutes walk to many very cool cafes, popular restaurants, bars, post office, pharmacy, florist, burger place, juice bar, gelataria, best bakery on the Gold Coast, mini supermarket, beauty salons, etc. My home is located in the best and most enviable location in Mermaid / Nobbys Beach, with the Surf Club 100 metres walk and the sand just metres from home. 3 Outdoor areas, 2 with table and chairs, pool, shared kitchen and main living room, downstairs office and working space with a large long desk and privacy . I am super friendly, very worldly ( having lived 20 years abroad) and very helpful to my guests. Always open to a nice chat or a conversation about what the guest needs , wants to see, or do on the Gold Coast. My beach home is located in an enviable location in Mermaid / Nobbys Beach. Super close to the beach and is light, relaxing, comfortable and very homely. Definitely not stark and bland. My home is very welcoming. There is ample free street parking if the guest has a car ( their own or rent a car) and Buses are just a 2 minute walk from my home to the main Gold Coast Highway heading both express to and from the airport and towards Surfers Paradise . At Pacific Fair ( huge new shopping mall) is 5 minutes drive up the road from my home and there are new modern trams going in the direction towards Surfers Paradise all the way to Southport. ( more shops, a huge mall and Gold Coast hospitals, both Private and Public. There are also ‘Mo Bikes’ to rent and Ubers and Taxis . As long as the guests are friendly and respectful , they are most welcome at my home for a pleasant, happy stay and a great time full of new experiences on the Gold Coast. 😀 I have a small 13 year old lively Jack Russell Terrier who will kill them with kindness and affection. She’s very friendly and loves people.
