Bedroom with own entrance

We've own house 10 km away from city center of Tampere and the room is in basement. The room is 12 square. Near the room is bathroom, toilet and gym. There is also another room to rent beside this room. In the yard is terrace and barbeque possibilities. We've two, free bicycles for quests. Beach is about 2 kilometers away. And the grocery shop is about 1 kilometers away. It's easy to go by bicycles to both of them. Peaceful and safe place, no traffic nearby. You can use our gym. Downstairs in fireplace room there is fridge, which you can use. There is also microwave, toaster, coffeemaker and electric kettle in fireplace room. In the same way coffee and tea are free to use by visitors. We've terrace at yard and you can use it. We're working in other place and we're not at home in the daytime. You can still ask about me anything from Tampere or Finland. Very quiet neighborhood, only private houses there. The nearest shop is about 1 km away. We've two bicycles to our guests for free. From the center by tram No. 1 direction TAYS and at the terminus change to the bus number 17 and direction Vehmainen Bus stop named Vestonkatu 24 is 200 m away from the house. Notice! Our address is Pulkkisenkatu 8 and there is a big airbnb -sign in our garage's wall. Please, don't go neighbour's door, they don't like that. Parking place is in our yard. Our house is about 10 kilometers from city center of Tampere. The bed is 140 cm wide. Washing machine and dryer cost 2 €/time.
