Cottage in the Grove- Queen and Twin Rooms

These 2 rooms are suitable for a family of 4 with a option a folder beds 2 folder beds can fit in if 4 adults want to share, in the Queen room Queen bedroom has a TV , desk hanging coat rack, your window open to a personal garden. The twin room has a 2 king single beds, built in open robes, desk and lamp a draw with paper and pens Heater/Fan available on request Guests enjoy the tranquility of our lush cottage gardens, roses and our Zen area in the fernery for relaxing We live in our home with 3 little fur babies, so they will welcome you with lots of cuddles, so we hope you like dogs. Bathroom facilities shared with other guests. You are welcome to use the kitchen and dining room. We have plenty of seating areas to choose from inside and outdoor at night we have out door lights and iPod for music of your choice Dining outside is pleasant on those fine days with BBQ kitchen in the Fernery Roast your marshmallows over the fire pit with a glass of wine or a beer We have plenty of extra blankets so you will no go cold There is free parking in the driveway for 2 additional cars, if need you can park on the grass if we are full We live in a quiet neighborhood We are 5 min walk from the harbor and beach views, min 10walk to the Princess Royal Yacht Club along Chippana drive A kids skate ramps and play park just 5 min walk from the house Guests can use majority of the house with exception of PRIVATE areas that are signed The house is big enough for all to enjoy different areas. We are here to help with any questions about local attractions, we give you space, Stella likes to chat and hear your stories. We are around most of the time, my husband works night shift & is home midday and goes to bed early. We ask that there are no parties or unregistered guest here. This is a smoke FREE home inside and out. I will be here to assist you with anything, but your space is yours, the home is large enough for all to share. Our park and BBQ area is 5 min down the end of the street,every Friday night the Princess Royal Yacht Club has meals and they are wonderful. We have amazing fishing spots around or just fish off the local jety. The historical Natural bridge The Gap is only 10 min drive. Salmon run is around February and May. again Salmon holes are just 10 min drive from us. We are 5 min from local small essentials store, 15 min drive from town, if you are a keen cyclist we have many bike paths and Bibbulmun walking tracks for the keen hikers. Most local attractions are 15-40min from our home Penalties apply if you smoke in or on the property, please read house rules. Please turn lights of in your bedroom if you’re not in your room and in the winter please turn off heaters if you’re not inside
