Little House in the valley- play area, tennis

A 5min drive from the hustle & bustle of Falmouth town & harbour. Located in a sheltered valley of Pendra Loweth. 20mins walk via country road to Maenporth beach or fields & farm pathways 35mins (3 mins by car) There are 3 bedrooms, bathroom & extra loo downstairs Fee parking, tennis courts, gym & kids play area, a clubhouse serving food (open high season only). The house is 20ft from a pretty stream, great for children to spot trout but adventurous toddlers might need supervision There are 3 bedrooms comfortably sleeping 6 people, 2 double's & a bunk room with double lower bunk and single top. The house has an open plan living kitchen living area which extends out on to the patio area fronting the stream. Private parking. You have used of the clubhouse at Pendra Loweth - perfect for an aperitif on the sunny decking before dinner. The clubhouse & leisure facilities open during the summer season only - possible closures due to covid 19. Guests have use of a small gym, tennis courts and an indoor soft play room & outdoor play area for children next to the clubhouse bar which also serves drinks/food, just 3 - 4mins walk from the house. There is also a small plunge pool and hot tub next to the clubhouse for guest use. Some facilities close during low season. Outdoor facilities open all year Check in is completely contact free. This means guests are free to arrive any time from 4pm. I am just a phone call away in the event of any problems. Located in a peaceful valley setting with other holiday cottages set in lovely gardens. It's a paradise for bird watching with lots of wildlife and a stream. There are lots of off road woodland walks to the beach through fields and pretty Cornish farmland. Great fun for children to explore the woodland or play poo sticks in the stream outside the house. We'd recommend having a car. The walk from Falmouth town center is approx 45mins, and from Penmere train station 35mins. Pendra Loweth village is located in the countryside and Falmouth town center isn't on your doorstep. There are buses that stop outside Pendra Loweth village, but not very regular. A car would give you the freedom to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. Remember Cornwall is hilly, so walking into Falmouth is quite a trek! Pendra Loweth is a small low key 'holiday only' village with other non residential houses set around a stream and beautiful gardens
