Entire house - only 5 minute walk to Exeter's quay

Available for 2 adults only. A spacious Victorian mid terrace house with beautiful modern interior sits in a quiet area of Exeter which is 5 minute walk to the Quay, where you can hire bikes and Kayaks or take one of the boat trips to the local pub. Also a 15 minute walk or or 5 minute bus journey to the historical City which has an abundance of Shops and Restaurants and the historic Cathedral. Free on street parking space (with permits provided) access to one double bedroom and entire house, garden and gym. The house will be available when we go on our own vacation. There is a bus stop to the city centre a two minute walk away. A local train station (ST. THOMAS) is less than 10 minutes walk away giving easy access to the beach at EXMOUTH. Bookings are for 2 adults only. (sorry no children)
