The house was fully renewed in July 2019 to make it even more comfortable and charming. We have even prepared a hut with all sort of holiday items at your disposal: surfboards, rackets, footballs, kids buckets, child carrier back pack, hiking pols, etc. The house is located inside Anaga Natural Park and yet close to all major Tenerife attractions. Nature is at your door and the sea is 10 minutes away. The property is vast (30 acres/12 hectares). Paradise for hikers, nature lovers and couples. What makes the house nice is that the house is located within the Anaga Natural Reserve (UNESCO awarded) and yet close to all major Tenerife amenities. Sea is 10 minutes away and nature is at your doorstep, so you can start hiking from the house. You may relax, hike or sunbath in the property. My wife Paloma and myself live 20 minutes away and are reachable by wassap, email or telephone. There is a tradicional food market 5 minutes away that runs on Saturday and Sundays. It offers great array of local products you can buy directly from the farmers. The area is great. It is a National Park and it is close to La Laguna (UNESCO World Heritage City) and the door to the magnificent beaches of Taganana (0 tourist there and the hidden secret of Tenerife). Anaga forest is just magnificent. Near cities are La Laguna (5 minutes by car) and Tegueste (very rooted on Tenerife traditions). Cilmate is good and combines the sunny days with fresh nights. The area is very green and lush and that is what it make it so different being in Tenerife. Tegueste is a quiet village with all basic amenities. Very traditional and very good food in the area. It is 5 minutes away by car or public transportation. You will find everything there (pharmacy, grocery shops, etc.). Bus stop with access to all bus network is down the road. It is an incredible place we inherited form our grandparents and prepared for us and our own kids. We are grateful to share it with you.
