The cottage is located within the picturesque Lindfield village, and less than a mile from the Haywards Heath train station (45 minutes into London, 20 minutes to Brighton, and 10 minutes from Gatwick Airport). There are country walks right out the door, with playing fields and playgrounds minutes away and Lindfield village town centre a 10 minutes walk. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a wrap around mature garden in excellent condition - with a small stream and fish running through and two small bridges over it, a tree hammock and badminton space. The cottage has a farmhouse kitchen opening up into the garden conservatory room, a living room with views of the garden. The conservatory room opens up into the large sun deck complete with a table for 8 people and a large American BBQ great for entertaining to enjoy the large wrap around garden. The entire house There will be someone on hand to assist you Our neighbour is a quiet, family neighbourhood with parks and various walking fields close by, conveniently located within Lindfield village. Lindfield village, blossoming above the River Ouse, this Sussex beauty spot is almost everyone's ideal of a perfect English village. At its centre, the village is bursting with a range of shops and services, including a Co-op supermarket, various fashion boutiques, delicatessens, florists, butcher, baker, wine merchant South Down Cellars, hairdressers, home interiors and kitchen shops and even a traditional toy shop. There is a large common in the village and a nature reserve behind it for long walks. At the edge of the town is Eastern Road Nature Reserve, an important nine-acre reserve with wetland habitat for birds, insects, and butterflies. A few miles distant is Wakehurst, a National Trust property which houses the countryside collection of Kew Botanic Gardens. There is parking available on site for one large car, and open access parking available across the street. In terms of getting around, we are less than a mile from Haywards Heath train station.
