Small and quiet B&B located on the hill above Lake Como in the old village of Maggiana. Three double bedrooms adjoining Osteria Sali e Tabacchi managed by our family. We are available for transfer to and from the train station of Mandello del Lario. The house is situated in the small village of Mandello (Maggiana) overlooking Como Lake. The house of B & B is located next to the medieval tower of the Emperor Frederick Barbarossa, dates back to 1700, and was recently renovated in its entirety. The rooms are furnished simply but tastefully furnished, have private bathroom, TV, WiFi, and overlook a small courtyard ancient quiet and ideal for spending a few days of complete relaxation away from city noise. The B & B has a living room with fireplace, library and a small corner wine shop to taste the wine for an aperitif or after dinner. Next to the B & B is a small family restaurant "Osteria Sali e Tabacchi" offering traditional cuisine and a tasting menu with special prices for guests of the B & B. At disposal of our guest a private parking. Gastronomic tours are organized in Franciacorta, Valtellina and Piemonte.
