Private Floor in Ann Arbor

Come stay in our charming home while visiting Ann Arbor. We are around the corner from University of Michigan's north campus, a 5 minute drive to main campus/downtown. You'll have the whole upstairs to yourself (1 bedroom, bathroom and a sitting room bedroom (futon/double bed)) and shareable space on the main floor (living room, kitchen, screened porch.) No football weekends please, but perfect for someone in town for business or needing only 1 semester of housing. You'll either have the whole upstairs to yourself (when I'm home) or the whole house to yourself. Either way, you have full access to the house including the kitchen, living room, dining room, and patio. The upstairs is always private for you with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
