Renovated Stone Farmhouse 2 km from Lake Trasimeno

Welcome to Casale Magione, a typical stone farmhouse completely renovated in May 2017. We are immersed in the Umbrian countryside just outside the medieval village of Magione, 5 minutes from Lake Trasimeno, 12 minutes from Perugia, 25 minutes from Assisi, a few tens of minutes from Val d'Orcia, Siena, Cortona and Spoleto. Ideally suited for a stay that can offer relax, culture, sports and good food. The apartment (up to 5 beds) has an entrance with living room, table and kitchen (new) with dishwasher, a bedroom, a sofa bed and a bathroom with washing machine. The apartment has an independent terrace/garden with table and chairs to enjoy the large outdoor area. All around, the house is inside a 2 hectares estate with orchard and olive grove. My house is only 30 meters from the guests apartment. I will be available if needed. A typical Italian location in the Umbrian countryside just 500 meters from the medieval village of Magione, 2 km from Lake Trasimeno and 10 km from Perugia. The guests apartment is only 1.1 km from the railway station with direct links to Perugia and Florence. By train is also possible to reach Rome, Naples and Milan.
