The apt is located at the second floor of this magnificent Villa, it is an independent, quite, renewed and gorgeous apt with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a stunning view of Mother Nature in all its beauty. IMPLEMENTING HEALTH PROTOCOL FOR SUMMER 2020 IN THE HOUSE The house is isolated (you will be by yourself), we implement rigid sanification procedures and betweem a check out and a new check in, there will be one night empty to ventilate. The minimum stay for this summer is 15 days. Guests can use all the second floor including the brand new kitchen (first quality) and the 2 balconies. Guests also have access to the terrace, the garden and the backyard. Located in the middle of the Valley, it is very easy to reach any points of interest. The neighborhood is very quite and residential. It feels to be in a nativity scene, especially during the night. The panorama is terrific, you can almost see all the mountains of this beautiful Valley. Several good restaurant and wineries are located close by. There is a beautiful bike lane that arrives to the city of Aosta. We also recommend visiting the famous place where Fontina (the most delicious cheese in the world is made). More details. 1st. The host have access to the apartment and they can use the outside BBQ and the garden We live at the first floor and we are available for any questions you may have during your journey The neighboorhood is very quite and there is a beautiful view of the Valley, the closest groceries store is 400 m from the house. You can reach the villa by car and the street are well maintained, the street to reach the apt is private. A beautiful female golden retriever lives with us downstairs and she is usually in the garden. She is lovely and do not distrurb or enter in the apt.
