Paradise Point Getaway 2

Nestled in the extremely popular "Duck Streets" of Paradise Point, you will find our cute apartment. Recently tastefully refurbished to ultra-modern standards, decked out with a beachy shabby chic vibe, you will 100% know you are in paradise. Put your feet up, relax, and soak in the atmosphere. This apartment has air-conditioning, 2 Bedrooms with built-in cupboards, a generous living area with a comfortable double sofa bed for extra guests. Portacot with linen, highchair and box of kids toys ages 2-6 available on request at no further charge. Ask me before your stay and I will be happy to organise this. The first room features a Queen Bed with a smart TV. The second room features a double bunk. (Double on the bottom, single on the top) The living room has a double sofa bed if you need the extra sleeping room. Please ask for this to be set up before your stay. A Nespresso Coffee machine and coffee pods are provided. Located in the back apartment, you will have your own little private space, a patio with a large outdoor table and chairs, a clothesline and a little yard. We are local to the area and not too far away if we are in need, Please don't hesitate to ask us any questions about your stay. Just a very short walk to the Boat Harbour, Broad water, Paradise Point Shopping Village with beautiful waterfront restaurants and cafes as well as Public Transport. The famous esplanade includes playgrounds for the kids, lots of BBQ and seating with shade, enclosed swimming area and lots of Cafes, Restaurants and all the shops you need. (chemist, IGA, butcher, flannerys.) The perfect spot to fish, swim, play, eat or just relax. About a 10 minute drive to all of your theme parks and about a 20 minute drive along the coastline to Surfers Paradise. This apartment and its location ticks every box. Please note the sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 7 people, but 2 people will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room. Bedroom 1 includes a queen bed and Bedroom 2 includes a bunk bed with 1 single bed and 1 double bed. *A Small Pet will be considered, with a Prior agreement from us before your booking. There will also be a pet fee added with your booking which helps with the extra cleaning needed after your stay. *Extra fees will occur if any damage, mess or smell is made as a result of your pet. Bus stop is only walking distance from our property, and UBER is available in the area. Close to everything! We are located very close to the Main Street of Paradise Point which has everything you need. An IGA, Fruit market, Butcher, Bakery etc. Less than a 5-minute walk. Dreamworld, Movie World, Wet n Wild, Top Gold, Paradise Country, Outback spectacular are all a close 10-15 minute drive away. Coomera Indoor Sports Centre is a 15-minute drive away. For all of your shopping desires, Harbourtown (DFO) is a 10-minute drive away. They have recently extended the dining precinct which includes 8 Street, a delicious Asian Foodcourt! Surfers Paradise is a 20-30 minute coastal drive away. Mount Tamborine is a 45-minute drive. Brisbane Southbank is just under an hours drive away. We do have a couple of doggy requests, they must be house-trained, socialized, and supervised at all times. Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to leave the property.
