Sunnyside Villa - Heritage B&B

Relax and enjoy superior accommodation in our classic Victorian Residence nestled in two acres of parkland style gardens. Built in 1852 as a general store, Sunnyside Villa was extended in the 1880's and more recently has been restored to incorporate the conveniences of modern living. Somerset Guest Suite features a private entrance via French doors, modern ensuite, butlers pantry and secure off street parking. Continental breakfast provisions and free high speed WIFI are included in tariff. Somerset Guest Suite consists of a master bedroom furnished with quality antiques as well as a modern ensuite with large marble shower. The private butlers pantry contains all you need to prepare a continental breakfast which you can be taken at your leisure in your room or on the patio. Somerset Guest Suite is a private wing of our circa 1850's home. During your visit you will have exclusive access to the parking in the driveway. You are welcome to share the property with us and are welcome to wander through the gardens or relax by the swimming pool. Smoking outside your room is permitted. Seating and ashtray are provided. We live on site in another wing of the house. We are available at all times by SMS or mobile phone. Sunnyside Villa is located in the Avenue of Honour or Main Street of Bacchus Marsh. It is just a short stroll to cafe's, banks and shops. We are located 1km from the station and 700 metres from the tullamarine Airport Shuttle bus stop. Sunnyside Villa is a 2 acre property specializing in B&B accommodation, Garden wedding ceremonies and Debutante Photography. Our Hungarian Vizsla, Miss Remy is always on hand to keep you company but is equally happy spending time inside if you are not a 'doggie' person. She is NOT allowed in the guest suite.
