Its a home away from home

Our property is simple but quiet and comfortable for short or long stay in Northam. Property is set in a large garden with a swimming pool. If you are keen for short walks, Mt Ommanney is just a short stroll from the place. Pack a picnic basket and enjoy the views in Northam while on top of Mt Ommanney. Northam City centre is 4 kms away. Aldi, Coles and Woolworths are the main supermarket in town. Northam host a couple of good restaurants. KFC and Bunnings will be opening soon too. Our unit is mostly suitable for a couple. Although it is attached to the main house you will have the ultimate privacy whilst your stay. All the basic necessities are inside the unit. A private parking bay is allocated in front of the bedroom. Your own space and entrance. Guests access the full property APART from the 2 sheds WITH outdoor blinds near the swimming pool area. This is off limits to our guests. I normally do not bother nor socialise with my guest as I allow them full privacy. As we are only 4kms away from Northam CBD our neighbourhood is quite and have a rural atmosphere. In ballooning season you may experience HotAir balloons floating above our property. Taxis are available in Northam and could service you around the Wheatbelt areas for a fee. They could pick-up and drop-off too from Perth Airport. We have a German Shepherd in the property but mainly stays indoor with us at the main house. He may only go out for a minute or two at the back which is fully fenced. The inside of the granny flat is off limits to him so if you are allergic its ok. The laundry room is a at the back of the main house. Let me know if you need to do your laundry in case our dog is out at the back. The coffee machine if you care to know , is an Espressotoria System, we provide a pod for each person ,a day!!
