The property is situated to nearby St Jean D'Angely, Rochefort, Bordeaux, Cognac and many other destinations. Supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away. The property is easy to reach from nearby motorways. There is a covered car parking space. Garden furniture is available in the barn. A goal in the garden will keep budding footballers entertained. The town also has a selection of excellent restaurants, a cinema, local shops and an indoor swimming pool with water slides. Lovers of history, nature and culinary delights will have a great time in this beautiful region. If you want to head to the beach, it's an easy hour's drive to many different locations, such as Fouras and Châtelaillon-Plage, as well as Île de Ré and Île d'Oleron.
