Bungalow/room, near Bridgend town.

This is a twin room in a very nice quiet street within walking distance of the town centre and railway station. One bed is a beautiful french antique bed while the other is not antique but sturdy and comfortable. I am sure you will feel at home in this house and garden. . Guest are able to use kitchen just for light cooking as it is my home which I trust will be respected. I do not want any cooking after 7 pm. Guests will be free to sit in the garden. In the winter the guest may sit by the log fire. I will be able to help with travel advice and local knowledge. Any problems I will endevour to help with. I can meet the guests from railway station or airport if necessary and available. I am situated 4 miles from the coast where there are beautiful beaches, 4 miles from the M4 motorway, on the main line to London and the station is 25 minutes walk to the house. There are numerous cycle tracks and easy access to the valleys which are beautifully landscaped after the days of the coalmines. The house itself is in a very nice quiet and safe neighbourhood. I am aprox 25 minutes walk from the railway station which is the main line from London Paddington to Swansea. 5 minutes in a taxi. There are always taxis at the station. I am situated 15 minutes drive to M4 motorway. There are hourly trains to London and 2 - 3 to Cardiff and Swansea. I have a good selection of local attraction leaflets in the house also train timetables. The airport is half an hour away by car. There are trains from the airport to Bridgend. (via a short bus link to Llantwitmajor station.) Minimum booking is 2 nights.
