We have four bedrooms available in our modern home. My husband and I will be available if you need anything. Our motto is "our home is your home". We look forward to this new adventure and welcome you to come share this home we love and enjoy! Beautiful five bedroom home - continental breakfast available upon request with room. Bedroom, bathrooms, deck area, pool when weather permits, dining table. We are available if you have questions regarding the home and the immediate area. Nice neighborhood, quiet and close to everything. 5 minutes from historical downtown area and 10 minutes from shopping malls. It’s easy to get around town in a car, taxi, Uber or Lyft. Biking is fun and recommended - the area is quiet and serene. Check-in is anytime after 4pm - Door service at all times unless otherwise notified - Do not eat in bedrooms - there are several dining areas indoor and outdoor. - Use of the kitchen is limited. Use of refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and kettle. Pleas wash your dishes and clean kitchen area used. paper supplies will be provided. - Lock front door when you are away - Turn off lights inside the home when not in use - Use of the basement and deck area is encouraged for relaxing. - No parties unless previously discussed - There are additional fees for events - PLEASE discuss prior to arrival so that we can discuss cost. - You may park in the driveway - please park at the end of the driveway to allow everyone access in and out easily. - Please do not allow children to run in the house or play on stairs. This is for their safety. NOTE: *Hosts/Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. We are not responsible for the loss of guests’ personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of these premises. You also acknowledge: Must climb stairs -1 Flights of stairs to a full bathroom - there is a half bathroom on the bedroom level.
