Suncoast Figtree is a newly renovated 3BR house that boasts a driveway and a backyard with plenty of car spaces. The fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge with Smart TV with Netflix, and fast internet makes this an ideal home base for family and friends to explore the rest of Wollongong. Our house is centrally located but along the highway. Might get busy sometimes that driving into and out of the driveway can be challenging. Hopefully, the nearby McDonald's cheer you up when that happens. The Property Suncoast Figtree is a fully renovated and bright (large windows with natura lighting) 3-bedroom house with plenty of car spaces on the driveway and backyard. Our place is of good value for a group of 6 friends or a family of 6 who take fast showers. Only 1 bathroom to share, remember? The Lounge The airconditioned living room has a Smart TV with Netflix and free-to-air channels and a comfortable leather lounge perfect for movie nights or board game nights or settling in with a glass of wine or cup of coffee. WiFi coverage is strong throughout the entire house. The Bedrooms The airconditioned and spacious bedrooms have one queen-sized bed with medium-firm mattresses, pillows, and blankets. All have Smart TVs with Netflix and free-to-air channels and wardrobes with hangers and full-sized mirrors. *Room No.1 has a single sofa chair. *Room No. 2 has an electric reclining chair. The Bathroom Our newly renovated contemporary bathroom is designed for practicality and comfort. It has a hand held and overhead shower heads and well equipped with luxury Sheridan towels, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel/soap. The Kitchen Fully equipped with coffee machine with complimentary pods, kettle and toaster, rice cooker, stove, oven, microwave and fridge. Basic cooking ingredients, spices, and implements are also available free of charge. Cutleries, glasses, mugs, wineglasses, plates, pans and pots, paper towels, are there for your use. On Laundry A new washing machine with complimentary use of laundry powder is in the kitchen. The 2 electric drying rack for clothes are stored at a corner nearest the dining set that can be plugged in to the outdoor electrical socket at our back porch. On Parking We do not have a carport or garage. BUT, we have a lot of parking space at the driveway and at the back of the house that can fit up to 3 or 4 cars. Others We have an outdoor seating and an egg chair at our back verandah. Ideal for times when you don't want to be cooped up inside. AMENITY LIMITATIONS: The house DO NOT HAVE the following: -Dishwashing machine -Dryer (2 electric airdrying racks instead) -Carport or garage (a lot of parking space at the driveway and at the back of the house that can fit up to 3 or 4 cars) -Beach towels -Barbecue grill and BBQ grilling utensils Guests can have access to the entire house except for the laundry room. The washing machine is in the kitchen and 2 electric drying rack for clothes are in the nook at the dining area. Getting in and out of the driveway could be challenging sometimes especially when the highway gets a little busy. Street noise level may vary since we are located along Princes Highway. Local activities within 1km from the house: - Figtree (former Westfield) Shopping Centre - Crinis fruit shop - Butcher shop - Bakery - 2 chemists: Blooms the chemist and Figtree plaza chemist - Various cafés, bars and restaurants including Korean bar and grill - Local massage therapists and beauty salons Getting in and out of the driveway could be challenging sometimes especially when the highway gets a little busy. But there is a bus stop near the house and most shopping centres and fast food are just walking distance away. ***PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING SUNCOAST FIGTREE *** 1. Suncoast Figtree has an occupancy limit of 6 persons (adult + children). 2. Our rate is per house, per night. Less than 6 persons in a group will NOT lower the rate. This house is of good value for money only if you require 3 beds and with at least 3 persons in a group. If you only need 1 bed or with less than 3 people in your group, it will be a better value to book a hotel room instead. 3. Amenity limitations. Please DO NOT book if you need the following: *dishwashing machine *Clothes Dryer *Beach towels *Garage or carport *Barbecue grill and utensils 4. We are located along Princes Highway that could get busy sometimes so the noise level can vary and it maybe difficult to come out of the driveway. 5. Cancellation DUE to COVID (as of 14th January) We require all guests to provide us with the list of names of people who are coming to stay in the house. *If unregistered guest tested positive for COVID (PCR test as proof), our strict cancellation policy will apply. *If registered guest/s tested positive for COVID (PCR test as proof) and not from the same household (we need proof that they are from the same household), the others can still stay and keep the booking. Our cancellation policy will apply. *If registered guest/s tested positive for COVID (PCR test as proof) and from the same household (we need proof that they are from the same household), we will issue FULL REFUND (the cost of the house per night and the cleaning fee).
