The apartment has windows and balconies on all sides, offering excellent lighting & natural ventilation. Its walking distance from Egyptian Museum and the American embassy. Great place for Couple , families and friends This flat is gorgeous, with high ceilings and unique decor with a vintage influence. The flat is Couple friendly! The building is in Garden City, Central Cairo- a peaceful and quiet area with authentic old buildings everywhere, just a short walk from Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum and Institut français d'Égypte The Flat is on the 1st floor with an amazing balcony, all functional amenities including an elevator. This apartment features : The flat is divided into two-part ( part for the living room and other parts for the bedrooms, kitchen, 2 toilets,s, and balcony) Living Room: The living room is divided into 3 parts; Dinning room where there is an old dining table with great old art on the chair and table and the other two parts where you have 2 comfortable couches and one of the sofa beds for extra guests, a very old authentic Chair, one other comfy chair and a TV with a fan! Rooms: The flat has three rooms; one room with an A/C and Double bed, also beauitful vintage cupboard, the rooms has and a two-door to enter the balcony. The second room is with a single bed and an old authentic cupboard with a mirror and beautiful painting on the wall and also connected to the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning tea while listening to the birds sounds on the trees in front of you! the room has a small table and a Fan! The third room: we called the office room, it's very small and has one wooden table and chairs where you can work or study in silence! It is also connected to a balcony and you can enter through the living room or another side and it has also a Fan. KITCHEN - Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals. - Oven - Fridge - Coffee cups and glasses - Microwave -Bread maker -Cattle -Coffee Maker BATHROOM -WC We have two bathrooms ( one without a shower and one within) Of course, we have towels just ask! All apartment is just for our guests. I will be living very close from the flat incase you need me anytime I always be there for you :) and if u need help by anything just ask Cairo is a place which is rich in culture especially Downtown so here are some recommended places you have to give a visit during your stay in Cairo Things to Do : Cafe and Restaurants around : Dinner at Tabula Labnese Restaurant, 10 mins walk from the house. Having lunch at French institute 10 mins walk from the house. Room art space for Live music 7 mins walk from the house Falak bookstore has a nice sitting area outside and has a nice coffee and food Vintage bars and cafes downtown and around Carol bar in Downtown Greek Club and has an amazing rooftop Cairo jazz bar in Mohandessen for live music EL Horreya " its a local cafe but serve beer " Le Grillon in downtown L’Americaine Cafe in Downtown Andrea Mariouteya " Its Egyptian restaurant was historically on the Mariouyeta canal " You can go there by uber or normal taxi and it takes around 70 L.e Felfela restaurant in Downtown Culture Wheel by the Nile: where is always different music concert happing so u can go there by walking around 30 mins walk by the River or by 10 mins by taxi Kayaking: You can enjoy an hour Kayak experience on the Island with around 10$ Felucca Riding: you can walk for 10mins till you reach the river and you rent felucca for about 13$ for one hour and enjoy the Nile but so recommended sunset, front of the four-season hotel Walking: Garden city has a lot of authentic beautiful buildings and greens area you can have a nice walk around Opera house: you can enjoy different live concerts and theaters at the opera house Our flat is surrounded by different sightseeing you do it by walk and this what recommended to have a very local experience or by metro or taxi and here is some of them : **10 mins walk to French insitute **10 mins walk to American embassy and Italian Embassy **20 min walk to the Egyptian museum and Islamic Museum **30 mins walk to EL Hussin and khan El Khalili Market and Moez street **10 Mins metro to Old Coptic City **30mins or less by taxi or uber to Pyramids **15 mins walk to Downtown, Old Cairo **20mins walk by River to Zamalek Island **10mins walk to Local Market to buy fresh fruits and vegetables and enjoy walking around We have some families living in the building, so parties or loud noise will not be welcome.
