This recently renovated beautiful basement apartment is fully furnished for it to feel like your own home! All you need to bring is clothes! In a quiet neighborhood, the house is close to everything including the new Clarksburg Outlets, MD SoccerPlex, outdoor trails, fun, and activities. The apartment has its own private entrance, a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and lots of space to relax. Close to NIST, major hospitals, Black Hills Regional Park, and Top Golf for all ages and tastes. This amazing apartment has three full bedrooms with queen beds, closet space, and dressers. The living room has a smart TV with cable, a full-size sofa bed, a coffee table, a workstation desk, and magazines to read or coloring books for kids! The basement apartment has its own full bathroom with extra supplies in the linen closet such as additional bath towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, and toilet tissues. The stand-up shower is spacious and feels like you are showering in a luxurious resort. The kitchen has upgraded appliances such as a full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and oven/stove. There are cupboards filled with utensils and coffee/tea to ensure your stay is seamless. Additionally, the kitchen includes a coffee maker, electric kettle, and bread toaster. There is a beautiful wooden table that seats 4, enough for friends and family to enjoy a sit-down meal. If you need to do laundry, you can wash and dry clothes at no extra cost right in the basement apartment! A full washer and dryer are available for your use during your stay. Outside has enough backyard is enough space to sit down and relax, play soccer, or just enjoy the fresh air. If you drive a car, there is space on the right side of the driveway. You will share parking space with my family. If you have more than one car, you can also park on a designated street parking right in front of the house. To get to the basement apartment, walk through the lit stone path from the sidewalk in front of the house. The path will take you around the left side of the house to the entrance of the basement apartment. You will walk down the basement stairs. The ENTIRE basement space is for guests' use. I (or any of my family members) will be available anytime. But we will not disturb guests. I give my Guests the best privacy they need to relax , rest and enjoy their Vacation Boyds is a newly developed community that borders Germantown and Clarkesburg, minutes from Gaithersburg, Rockville, and Poolesville. Less than 25 miles to our Nation's Capital, it is also within a driving distance to Gettysburg, Annapolis, Baltimore, and Alexandria connected via I-270, I-495, and I-70. The house is in front of the Germantown Soccerplex- with an array of activities such as hiking (Hoyles Mill Trail), walking, biking, soccer, tennis, swimming, and jogging. Other attraction include Black Hill Regional Park, and most notably Little Seneca Lake, and Seneca Creek State Park in Gaitherburg are all a driving distance. There are a few parks for kids to play in the neighborhood, including one across the street. Shopping areas include the new Clarkesburg Outlets, Lakeforest Mall, various grocery stores (Giant, Shoppers, Safeway, CVS, Walgreen, 7-11, Costco, Target and Walmart within a 15 minute drive. Coffee shops such a Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, are also a few minutes away. Extremely safe neighborhood for anytype of getaway- work related, family vacation, or holiday getaway. There is everything for the nature lovers, family friendly areas, working people, young people visiting the area, or older people who want a quiet relaxing area to visit. There's two buses that stop in front of the house that connect you to Shady Grove Metro station (15 min drive), which connects you to DC. There is also a MARC commuter train (5 mins), Bruneswick Line, that connects to Martinsburg, WV, and Union Station in Washington, DC and in between (Rockville, Gaitherburg, Silver Spring, Frederick). The MARC and Metro intersect at Rockville and Union Station. No parties allowed
