Our modern, comfortable, apartment offers you rest and privacy in a truly magic spot just perfect for a relaxing stay -great place to base yourself to visit local attractions. It's central to many NZ attractions...Lake Karapiro (rowing), Hobbiton (Lord Of The Rings), Avantidrome (cycling), Waitomo Caves,The Arts and much more. You have your own access and a key during your stay. There is good parking. The apartment is self contained and separate from the remainder of the house where we live. Our self contained apartment is set on our attractive farmland overlooking the Waikato . I share this with my husband, three children and our friendly pets. Sleeps two comfortably. - queen in the bedroom and an option for extra on the sofa and a single bed if needed in the lounge. We are centrally located to Waikato attractions and events, Lake Karapiro, Hobbiton, Avantidome, Mystery creek. Self-catering kitchenette with microwave, toaster, jug, fridge, cutlery etc. BBQ available on request. One bedroom, lounge, bathroom, kitchenette, outside living. On request yards available for Horses and parking for trailers and truck. Also space for tents on lawn for school groups etc. As little as you prefer but we are here to make your stay enjoyable and assist with any information and local knowledge - the apartment is self-catering.
