The house is located in the countryside of Cori but just one km from the town center. It is the ideal accommodation for those who want to relax in the company of family or friends thanks to the swimming pool with relaxation area and the garden with olive grove with masonry barbeque. The house can accommodate up to 8/10 people. The villa is divided into two floors: the ground floor is dedicated to the living area with livable kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, a bathroom with tub and a bedroom with private bathroom. On the second floor there is the sleeping area with three double bedrooms, two large terraces and a bathroom with shower. The property consists of the villa and a separate and independent cottage for 2 people. For the year 2021 we have decided to open the doors only of the villa, in order to respect the government regulations over distances and this will also allow us to better sanitize the space. The swimming pool is open from mid-May to September and is for the exclusive use of the villa's guests. Car parking is free inside the courtyard. The wi-fi is free.
