Our vacation apartment is located in a nice quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We are minutes away from some of the best Italian and Mediterranean Cuisine Restaurants. 15 minutes away from the Nickelodeon Universe Water Park and the Worlds Biggest Mall American Dream Meadowlands (ADM) is a retail and entertainment complex in the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey, United States that is planned to contain over 500 stores, and which is expected to open in March 25, 2020. (Now Delayed until further notice) We are 5 minutes away from the well known St Joseph’s Regional Medical Hospital of Paterson NJ and 10 minutes away from Hackensack Medical Hospital. We currently have 2 listings on Airbnb with over 130 five star reviews. There is the 190 express bus to NYC within walking distance from the house and 25-30 minutes commuting to NYC. Also the train station that goes to NYC is 5 minutes away by car from our house. Our rental property is located in a safe, quiet clean neighborhood minutes away from all major highways. Luxury 1 Bedroom and 1 Full Bathroom Private apartment (no sharing) on ground level floor. Master bedroom has 2 full size beds, ceiling fan, a dresser, nightstand, a huge closet, a beautiful new Flat screen TV and a new ductless air conditioner/heating system. Living room is a very large space for family time and relaxation. It consist of one microfiber sofa, ottoman, ,ductless air conditioner/ heat, ceiling fan, and a beautiful flat screen TV. The kitchen as you can see in the picture is big. We stock it with dishes,glasses,coffee mugs utensils, pots & pans. We also offer a coffee maker,blender, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and toaster. We have 24 hour outside security cameras on our property for your security. Rental details: Our daily rate is considered to be a minimum 3 night stay. We can accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Rental Guest understands' that we will accept families, couples and responsible adults over the age of 21 ONLY. Guest(s) agree to not exceed more than the number of people stated in the reservations. Rental guests will use premises in a way as to not disturb nor offend neighbors. If a violation is occurred the owner may terminate this agreement without notice and Guest(s) shall vacate the premises immediately. Absolutely no House Parties. Checking in: Check In : 4 pm -11 pm. Check OUT : 11:00 am Check In Procedure: Guest will receive either a text or an email from me one day prior to arrival. In that email or text there will be a 4 digit security code for the front door. Guest will also receive a 4 digit code for the lock box to unlock keys to open doors. Checking-Out: Please when checking out be sure that house is clean, all trash removed. Also if any dishes or pots were used please clean them and return them to the original place. Please return keys to the lock box and unscramble code. We have a smart key deadbolt lock with a custom code for every guest. You will get the code one day before checking in. Laundromat is three blocks away. Quick note when parking on the street there is alternative street parking please pay attention to the street sign on what times you can park. PETS AND SMOKING ARE NOT PERMITTED, in the apartment or on the property.Evidence of pets may result in a partial or complete loss of security deposit. We absolutely do not allow any illegal controlled substances or firearms to be entered into our home illegally. Cleaning is provided by a professional cleaning company. FREE High Speed WiFi and Basic Cable. a steam iron also available for your convenience. Fresh, clean towels ,wash clothes, linen, shampoo and body wash soap provided. You will get neighborhood map, along with list of attractions in NYC (with cool tips!) & also directions from your arrival location. Self Check-in available for late night arrivals.
