Duplex attic Flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a large bathtub and a view over Ibiza's town cathedral, the other one with a shower), balcony, big roof terrace with view over Ses Feixes wetland reserve and Dalt Vila (the old Ibiza town), large living area with open kitchen, dining table and lounge. The apartment has a combination of modern style and design furniture and Mediterranean charisma. The appartment has: - 2 bedrooms (one master and one guest room) - 1 open kitchen + living room area with balcony and fireplace - 2 bathroom (one with bathtub adiacent to the master bedroom and one with shower adiacent to the guest bedroom) - 1 ample roof terrace (with an external shower) - Broadband internet and WiFi - washing machine and dry machine - air conditioner - heating - flexible check-in - check-out at 11 AM The beach of Talamanca is at just 5 minutes and the Puerto Deportivo and the Passeo Maritimo are at walking distance (about 20 minutes walk). In the area there are grocery stores as well as a number of bars and restaurant. A bus stop to ibiza town is located at about 50m from the front gate. - Beach at walking distance - AC - Internet - Washing machine + dryer The appartment will be at complete disposal of the guests. The only required interaction will be the check-in and check-out. Talamanca's beach is at 5 minutes walk. A bus stop with connection to Ibiza town and Jesus is 1 minute away. From the Puerto Deportivo (10-15 minutes walk) there is a ferry to Ibiza Town. Warning: it is not allowed to organize parties! Silence starts at 23 h, from that time we ask our guests to keep down the volume of the music and the voice on the terrace in particular. Note: the internal staircase can be blocked at the top (there is a gate) but not at the bottom (see pictures) and, hence, it might be not apropriated for family with little kids.
