Downstairs, external access only, is a bunkroom sleeping 2, a laundry and another toilet with a handbasin. Mooring available (for up to 7 metre boat) directly in front of house. Passengers can be loaded or off-loaded from the neighbouring jetty. The garage, entire house, boatshed on beach and beach in front of house. Lots of boating activity to look out on from the deck. 1 adult kayak and 2 children's kayaks and life jackets available for guests' use.
