Only listing for this home - no other guests in the space. Guests must provide proof of vaccination no less than 2-days prior to arrival. You will feel welcome from the moment you step onto the covered front porch. Guests will have access to the kitchen with breakfast bar on the first floor. The second floor has three private bedrooms. TWO are allocated to this listing. One is a furnished bedroom with full sized bed. The other is a furnished sitting room. This room has a two part chaise sofa which sleeps one adult (cleaning fee applied if used as a sleeping area) as well as a desk and office chair for those who need a workspace. Bathroom with tub including non-slip mat and grab bar on the second floor is shared with host. This bathroom was completely remodeled June, 2019. Each room has seperate climate controls for heat and air conditioning for your own personal comfort level. With free WiFi, dedicated workspace and HD TV with Roku device, this is an excellent location for a business traveler, student or someone visiting the area that wants to stay outside of Philadelphia. This is the Only Listing for this house which means there will be No Other Guests in the home. The host/owner lives in the home and her elderly parent occupies the self-contained, adjoining in-law apartment. Guests staying for more than 7 days, if they desire, may have their room cleaned, sheets changed and be provided fresh linens weekly for a fee. If needed, guests may reasonably use the shared laundry (please use your own supplies) and kitchen facilities (please do not consume or use the host's food), however excessive use may result in additional fees. Please feel free to use other house amenities in the common areas outside, however, please note that the common areas are the host's regular living space and are not always available.
