A beautifully renovated property in the heart of Castello di Meleto, a small hamlet that was historically part of the powerful ‘House of Malatesta’. The house was renovated in 2011, and consists of two floors covering approximately 100 square metres of space, excluding a spacious garden. On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen, lounge and a small toilet. The first floor contains one big open space bedroom with a double bed ,a king size bed and a single bed. Alongside these is also a bathroom with standing shower. The garden and the whole property. Inside the house you will find a guide about the house , the important phone numbers , maps and all the information about trekking,bicycle tours ,restaurants and nice places to visit. If needed there is always someone that can give you assistance Approx. 6 people live in Meleto all year round, lovely guys. Castello di Meleto sits in the middle of the Rimini Province. The nearest towns are Mondaino (2km) and Saludecio (4km). Within 20 minutes drive you can easily reach the Adriatic sea (Cattolica and Gabicce Mare), the Onferno Caves, the village of Montefiore and San Giovanni in Marignano , not far from a nice golf resort. Within an hour drive you can reach Urbino, San Leo and Ravenna (well known for its mosaics), as well as a series of amusement parks (Fiabilandia, Acquafan and Mirabilandia). Florence and Venice are a three hours drive away. Saludecio, hosting the week long “Ottocento Festival” at the beginning of August. The “Ottocento Festival” recreates the historic atmosphere of the town and its people; Mondaino is hosting the Palio during the third week of August .
