A family home near Toulouse

My house is pleasant with its bright living room with open kitchen, loft and fireplace. You will appreciate the quiet environment, in a small village, the Canal du Midi below the village and the nearby motorway junction to Toulouse or the Pyrenees. My house is pleasant with its bright living room with open kitchen, loft and fireplace. There are two WC, but only one bathroom (with shower and bath)... You will have the whole house (except for a private room), the garden and a private parking. Please note that most of the rooms of the house are on one level (except basement and mezzanine), but there is an outside staircase of about ten steps to access the entrance. Please ask me any question you may have! You will appreciate: - The quiet environment, in a small village in the Lauragais area, in which it's pleasant to live with its Sunday market and its typical brick church; - The Canal du Midi passes below the village, ideal for a picnic, a hiking or cycling ride or a nap in the shade of the trees! Thanks to the nearby motorway junction, the metro is 15 minutes from the house, Toulouse's downtown 30 minutes, Carcassonne 45 minutes, the first hikes in the Pyrenees at 1 hour drive, an ideal position for visiting the area. There are a few buses that can reach the city, but the best to visit the area is to have his own car. Rooms are as following: - room 1 : 1 double bed (140 cm) - room 2 : 1 simple bed - room 3 : 1 simple bed + 1 spare bed - loft (open on the livingroom) : 1 sofa bed Two cat live in the house: they are very loving and autonomous (they live most often outside), but sometimes come to demand strokes and biscuits!
