Cosy studio with a kitchen, bathroom and garden

Our guest suite is a studio with a private entrance and garden. The guest suite (25m² studio with kitchen and a private bathroom) is located in Amersfoort South, 7 min from the medieval city centre. Amsterdam can be reached in 40 min (there is a busstop in front of the house). The National Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug is located at just 10 min walking. It’s perfect for visits to Amsterdam or Amersfoort. Longer stay is possible on request, (no registration possible). The studio has one sleep/dining room and a bathroom and a private garden with terrace. There are terrace doors at the feet of the queen-size bed and a skylight above it. There is a well-equipped private kitchen. The spacious bathroom has a sink, shower, toilet and a washing machine. Our guests have private acces to the studio with kitchen, the bathroom and the garden. Hi, we are Noa and Bauke. We live with our three kids in Amersfoort. The guestsuite is semi-detached and located privately at the back of the house with a private entrance. You can always ask us for all the tips and trips you need. We look forward to your stay. Our house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The studio is privatly located in the back of the garden. There is a private entry and path to Airbnb. You can reach the old town of Amersfoort in 7 min by bike. In 10 min you can walk into the forests of the National Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug. The closest supermarket is 1,6 km away. There is free parking available. The bus stops directly in front of our house. The trainstation of Amersfoort can be reached in 11 min. From Amersfoort CS you can reach Amsterdam in 34 min, Utrecht in 20 min and Schiphol in 44 min.
