BIG Plant filled Courtyard Garden Apartment

This place is huge! Gorgeous plant filled courtyard with large lounge area adjacent, big bedroom, new bathroom and big new kitchen. The bedroom can easily accommodate 3 people and living room, 2 people in a queen size wall bed. 2 sofas in the living room and 1 in the large kitchen dining. Smart TV with great internet. We are next to nature park reserve with walking trails, FREE use of bikes. FREE off street parking for 2plus cars on request Direct access from the street on GROUND FLOOR. Lovely outside areas, with front courtyard overlooking the quiet street and back yard which overlooks the native parkland with tall trees. 1 large bedroom with queen bed and smaller double bed/ sofa (Flottebo), separate small dressing alcove and walk in wardrobe with ensuite access to bathroom 1 large bathroom with shower, separate toilet area and washing machine. We can provide baby bath, portacot and a high chair, please request at time of booking. Smart TV and living area has a queen size wall bed. This will be made up for bookings for 3 guests unless we receive an alternate request. The living is a separate room from the kitchen so if extra sleeping beds are required it can closed off and used as a bedroom. You have a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave and cooking utensils and all the crockery and cutlery you need to make any meal you desire! Additionally, a large BBQ with a roasting hood, conveniently located directly outside of the kitchen. Also, clothes drying area which with Perth weather usually allows clothes to dry within the day, if not a small portable rack is located in the apartment. Private outdoor weather protected area adjacent to the living area, overlooking lush gardens. 5 bikes are available to use for free, they are communal so check for their availability Your own gas BBQ which has a hood for cooking roasts and a side burner. Great for hot summer dinners. Let us know if you plan to use so we can remove cover etc. Rear yard areas are shared with one other guest apartment, but you have a dedicated front outdoor space with furniture and side area for your exclusive use. We will be here for any questions but our living space is upstairs and away from this ground floor apartment. Your front entry is to the left and ours is to the right. If you like the sound of birds, large trees and walking through bushland and in parkland then this is ideal for you. Very quiet area, lots of birds, big trees provide a shady outdoors. The place is a 5-minute drive from South Freo Beach and a few more minutes away from the action of Fremantle (10mins by car and 20mins by walk and bus) Bikes are free to use. Walk to the beach and nearby Manning Park. A nature trail begins at the back door, offering views of the beach, coastline, and hills 10min bike ride to south Fremantle beach, 30min walk. Rapid bus transport along Rockingham road, sometimes every 2mins, 10 mins to Fremantle Station by bus, 10 min walk to bus stop. Great supermarket next to bus stop. Uber around $8-10 to Fremantle. Between $40-50 for an Uber taxi from airport. For car hire, there are lots. Depends on if you want to take a car from the airport or spend the money to taxi it to another car hire place. The cheapest place I know is No Birds Bayswater Car hire or Fremantle world of cars (this is very close to our house - walking distance). Each place offers cars from $20 per day. I think both companies insurance is not too bad or if you have a credit card and international drivers license your card may cover insurance - worth checking as that can save you money too. All bed linen and bath towels, tea towels supplied. For stays longer than 10 days, Weekly wash of linen service available for a small fee or you can do it yourself as there is a washing machine within your apartment and clothesline. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with. Stove, microwave, large fridge/ freezer, pots pans, cutlery, crockery etc. If 3 people want their own bed, that's not a problem but I will need to be notified at booking to ensure extra linen is provided. Easy homely house that you can relax in, so after a day of sightseeing you can relax in the gorgeous plant filled courtyard or large lounge area overlooking the courtyard. Also cleaning is time consuming and you can assist us when checking out to leave it neat and tidy with items used, cleaned and put back.
